My Way Up Supergut Protein French Vanilla is a slow-digesting Australian casein protein powder formulated with prebiotic fibres, Bacillus coagulans probiotics and five digestive enzymes.
Each 20g serve provides 12.2g of protein, 1.6g of dietary fibre and 1.4 billion CFU of probiotics, with less than 1g of fat and no added sugar. Its casein protein base digests more gradually than whey protein, helping support feelings of fullness between meals as part of a balanced diet.
Solnul® resistant potato starch and vegetable fibre provide prebiotic support for beneficial intestinal bacteria. Lactospore® Bacillus coagulans supports a healthy digestive system, while protease, amylase, cellulase, lactase and lipase help break down different dietary components.
The naturally thick French Vanilla formula can be prepared as a shake, blended into a smoothie or mixed with less liquid to create a creamy protein custard. Each 400g pouch provides approximately 20 serves.

Clinical Information
Australian Casein Protein
Casein is a complete dairy protein containing all nine essential amino acids. It forms a gel-like structure during digestion and is generally digested more gradually than whey protein.
This slower digestive profile can provide a sustained release of amino acids and may help maintain feelings of fullness between meals. Individual satiety responses vary according to serving size, total diet and energy needs.
Each 20g serve provides 12.2g of protein. Supergut Protein is not represented as a sole source of nutrition or a complete meal replacement.
Solnul® Prebiotic Fibre
Solnul® is a branded resistant potato starch. Resistant starch passes through much of the small intestine without being fully digested and can be fermented by bacteria in the large intestine.
Published research on Solnul® supports its ability to influence beneficial intestinal bacteria and support digestive and bowel health. These findings relate to the studied ingredient and do not guarantee identical outcomes for every person using the finished product.
Increased prebiotic fibre intake may initially cause temporary gas, bloating or changes in bowel habits, particularly in people who are unaccustomed to resistant starch.
Lactospore® Bacillus coagulans
Bacillus coagulans is a spore-forming probiotic selected for its stability through storage and passage through the digestive system.
Each 20g serve contains 1.4 billion CFU. Probiotic effects are strain- and dose-specific, and the presence of a probiotic does not mean the product treats gastrointestinal disease or permanently changes the intestinal microbiome.
Digestive Enzymes
The formula contains protease, amylase, cellulase, lactase and lipase:
- Protease helps break dietary protein into smaller peptides and amino acids.
- Amylase assists with carbohydrate digestion.
- Cellulase helps break down certain plant fibres.
- Lactase assists with the digestion of lactose.
- Lipase assists with dietary fat digestion.
The inclusion of lactase does not make this product dairy-free or suitable for people with a milk allergy.
Nutrition and Weight-Wellness Context
Protein can contribute to satiety and the maintenance of muscle mass when consumed as part of an adequate diet. However, Supergut Protein does not independently cause weight loss.
Weight-management outcomes depend on overall energy intake, nutritional quality, physical activity, sleep and individual health factors. The product should be positioned as a high-protein food supplement rather than a weight-loss treatment.
