Begin with clean skin.
Apply a facial serum, moisturiser or oil to provide sufficient slip.
Using light pressure, roll upwards and outwards across the face.
Begin at the centre of the chin and move along the jawline towards the ears.
Roll from the sides of the nose across the cheeks towards the temples.
Move upwards across the forehead towards the hairline.
Use the smaller rolling head beneath the eyes with very light outward movements.
Repeat each movement approximately three to five times.
Finish by gently rolling down the sides of the neck towards the collarbone to support fluid movement.

Use for approximately three to five minutes, three to five times per week or daily as tolerated. The manufacturer suggests storing the roller in the refrigerator for a more intensive cooling effect.
