Step 1: Prepare the Skin

Begin with freshly cleansed, completely dry skin. Do not apply skincare products before using the mask unless specifically directed by the manufacturer.

Step 2: Position the Mask

Place the mask comfortably over the face and secure it using the adjustable straps. Ensure the mask sits evenly against the skin.

Step 3: Select Your Settings

Turn on the controller and select your preferred intensity:

Choose either Constant Light Mode or Pulsing Mode according to your comfort and treatment preference.

Step 4: Complete the Treatment

Relax during the automatic 10-minute treatment. The mask combines all three wavelengths during the session, so there is no need to select them individually.

Step 5: Apply Skincare

After treatment, remove the mask and continue with your preferred serum and moisturiser. Apply broad-spectrum SPF during the day.

Step 6: Clean the Device

After each use, gently wipe the inside of the mask with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Allow it to dry completely before storing.

Consistent use several times per week is recommended by the manufacturer. Follow the complete instructions supplied with the device.
