Protein Shake
Mix two heaped tablespoons or 20g with approximately 200ml of water or your preferred milk. Shake or blend until smooth.
Protein Custard
Mix three to four heaped tablespoons or approximately 40g with about 100ml of water or your preferred milk. Stir vigorously until a thick chocolate custard-like consistency forms.

Supergut Protein can also be blended into smoothies or added to porridge, overnight oats and suitable recipes.

Begin with a smaller quantity if you are not accustomed to prebiotic fibre. Increase gradually while maintaining adequate water intake.

Australian Casein Protein
Casein is a complete dairy protein containing all nine essential amino acids. It forms a gel-like structure during digestion and is generally broken down more gradually than whey protein.

This slower digestive profile provides a sustained release of amino acids and can help maintain feelings of fullness between meals. Individual responses depend on the serving size, total diet, energy requirements and wider lifestyle.

Each 20g serve provides 12.2g of protein. Supergut Protein is a supplementary food and is not a nutritionally complete meal replacement.
Solnul® Prebiotic Fibre
Solnul® is a branded resistant potato starch. Resistant starch avoids complete digestion in the small intestine and can be fermented by bacteria in the large intestine.

Published ingredient-level studies indicate that Solnul® can influence beneficial intestinal bacteria and support digestive and bowel health. These findings relate to the studied ingredient and do not guarantee that every person will experience the same outcome from the finished product.

Prebiotic fibre may initially cause gas, bloating or changes in bowel habits, particularly when introduced quickly.
Green Banana Resistant Starch
Green banana resistant starch provides additional fermentable carbohydrate and prebiotic fibre. It can help supply substrate for bacteria within the large intestine.

The amount of resistant starch reaching the colon varies according to the ingredient’s processing, the complete formula and individual digestion.
Lactospore® Bacillus coagulans
Bacillus coagulans is a spore-forming probiotic selected for its stability during storage and passage through the digestive tract.

Each 20g serve provides 1.4 billion CFU. Probiotic benefits are strain- and dose-specific. The inclusion of a probiotic does not mean that the product treats gastrointestinal disease or permanently alters the intestinal microbiome.
