Australian Casein Protein
A slow-digesting milk protein that provides a sustained release of amino acids. Its slower digestion may help maintain fullness and delay the return of hunger between meals.
Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptides — 10g Per Serve
Broken-down collagen peptides that are easier to disperse and absorb than intact collagen. Oral hydrolysed collagen has been studied for supporting skin hydration and elasticity, although results vary between formulas and individuals.
Bimuno® GOS Prebiotic

Meal Replacement and Weight Management
A systematic review of 23 studies involving 7,884 adults found that weight-management programs incorporating partial meal replacements produced greater average weight loss at one year than comparison programs. Results differed according to the overall program, energy intake and level of professional support. Bimuno® Prebiotic Evidence
In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial, 40 adults aged 65–80 consumed 5.5g of Bimuno® GOS daily for ten weeks. Supplementation increased faecal bifidobacteria and influenced several microbiome and immune markers. The quantity of Bimuno® in each Lean Up Shake serving is not publicly stated, so the study results cannot be directly attributed to the finished shake. PubMed
Hydrolysed Collagen Evidence
A systematic review and meta-analysis of 26 randomised controlled trials involving 1,721 participants found that hydrolysed collagen supplementation produced statistically significant improvements in measured skin hydration and elasticity compared with placebo. Lean Up Shake provides 10g of hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides per serving. The research supports collagen as an ingredient category but does not establish that this finished shake will deliver identical results.
