Each vegan hard capsule contains:

Liposomal Glutathione (LipoAvail™) – 100mg: Supports the body’s natural antioxidant defences and helps reduce free radicals formed in the body.

St Mary’s Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum) – 250mg: Equivalent to 17.5g of dried fruit and standardised to provide 200mg of silymarin. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support liver health and natural liver detoxification.

Turmeric Extract (Curcumin C3 Complex®) – 105mg: Equivalent to 6.84g of dried rhizome and standardised to provide 100mg of curcuminoids.

Kudzu Extract (Pueraria lobata) – 150mg: Equivalent to 3g of dried flower.

Black Pepper Extract (BioPerine®) – 5mg: Equivalent to 102.5mg of dried fruit and standardised to provide 4.75mg of piperine.

Selenium – 60 micrograms: Supplied as selenomethionine and contributes to normal antioxidant enzyme function.

Glutathione
Glutathione is a naturally occurring tripeptide composed of glutamate, cysteine and glycine. It plays an important role in endogenous antioxidant defence and helps neutralise reactive oxygen species produced through normal metabolism and environmental exposure.

This formula supplies 100mg of glutathione using LipoAvail™, a lipid-based delivery system designed to support absorption. Although delivery technology can influence bioavailability, absorption claims for a branded ingredient do not establish that this finished product will produce a particular clinical outcome in every person.

Oral glutathione has also been researched for cosmetic skin outcomes. However, the available evidence is limited and inconsistent, and this product should not be represented as a treatment for pigmentation or as a guaranteed skin-lightening supplement.
St Mary’s Thistle
St Mary’s thistle, also known as milk thistle, contains a group of compounds collectively called silymarin. It has a long history of traditional use in Western herbal medicine for supporting liver health and natural liver detoxification.

Each capsule contains an extract equivalent to 17.5g of dried St Mary’s thistle fruit, standardised to provide 200mg of silymarin. Traditional use does not mean that the product has been clinically proven to treat liver disease.
Turmeric and Black Pepper
Curcumin C3 Complex® is a standardised turmeric extract providing 100mg of curcuminoids per capsule. Curcuminoids have antioxidant activity, although their oral absorption is naturally limited.

BioPerine® black pepper extract provides 4.75mg of piperine and is commonly combined with curcumin and other ingredients to support bioavailability. Piperine may also affect the absorption or metabolism of some medicines.
Kudzu
Kudzu flower extract is included as a traditional Western herbal medicine ingredient. Each capsule contains an extract equivalent to 3g of dried kudzu flower. Evidence for specific clinical benefits from oral kudzu remains limited and depends on the preparation and dose studied.
Selenium
Selenium is an essential trace mineral required for the activity of several antioxidant enzymes, including glutathione peroxidases. Each capsule provides 60 micrograms of selenium as selenomethionine.

Additional selenium-containing supplements should be considered when calculating total daily intake, as excessive long-term selenium consumption may be harmful.
