My Way Up Bone Build 90 Capsules

My Way Up Bone Build 90 Capsules is a comprehensive bone-health supplement formulated with whole-bone hydroxyapatite calcium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 and Boron.
The formula centres on MCH-Cal®, a naturally derived microcrystalline hydroxyapatite complex sourced from New Zealand bovine bone. Unlike calcium-only supplements, hydroxyapatite supplies calcium within a naturally occurring bone-mineral matrix that closely resembles the mineral structure found in skeletal tissue.
Each three-capsule daily dose provides approximately 500mg of elemental calcium. Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, Vitamin K2 supports bone mineralisation and Boron assists calcium metabolism and utilisation.
Bone Build is designed to support healthy bone development, bone mass, mineral density, bone strength and healthy teeth. It may be particularly relevant to adults with inadequate dietary calcium intake and post-menopausal women seeking additional bone-health support as part of a balanced diet and active lifestyle.

How to Use
Take three capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
Swallow the capsules with a full glass of water. The daily dose may be taken together with a meal unless your healthcare professional recommends dividing the capsules across the day.
Use consistently as part of a balanced diet containing adequate calcium, Vitamin D, protein and other essential nutrients.
Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Suggested Daily Routine
With breakfast or lunch: Take three Bone Build capsules with food and water.
For long-term bone support: Combine daily supplementation with adequate dietary protein, calcium-rich foods, regular weight-bearing exercise, resistance training, appropriate sun protection and medically guided Vitamin D management.

Ingredients / Key Actives
MCH-Cal® Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite
MCH-Cal® is a naturally derived whole-bone calcium complex sourced from New Zealand bovine bone. Hydroxyapatite is a calcium-phosphate mineral that forms a major component of bone and teeth.
The daily serving provides 1,364mg of hydroxyapatite, equivalent to approximately 500mg of elemental calcium. Calcium supports healthy bones, bone strength, bone mineral density and healthy teeth.
Calcium
Calcium is the body’s most abundant mineral, with the majority stored within bones and teeth. Adequate calcium intake is necessary for maintaining skeletal structure throughout life.
A diet deficient in calcium may contribute to osteoporosis later in life. Calcium supplementation may assist in preventing osteoporosis when dietary calcium intake is inadequate.
Vitamin D3
Colecalciferol, or Vitamin D3, supports calcium absorption from the digestive tract and helps maintain healthy bones and muscle function.
Each daily dose provides 25 micrograms, equivalent to 1,000IU of Vitamin D3.
Vitamin K2 MK-7
Menaquinone-7 is a long-acting form of Vitamin K2. It supports bone mineralisation through its role in activating proteins involved in binding calcium within bone tissue.
Each daily dose provides 90 micrograms of Vitamin K2.
Boron
Boron is a trace mineral involved in calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D metabolism. It provides complementary support for calcium utilisation and healthy bone tissue.
Each daily dose provides 3mg of elemental Boron.
Complete Australian Active-Ingredient List
Each three-capsule daily dose contains Hydroxyapatite 1,364mg, equivalent to Calcium 500mg; Colecalciferol 25 micrograms, equivalent to Vitamin D3 1,000IU; Menaquinone-7 90 micrograms; and Borax 26.45mg, equivalent to Boron 3mg.
The product is supplied in hard capsules and also contains inactive capsule and formulation excipients. Always refer to the Australian product label for the complete and most current excipient, allergen and ingredient information.
Clinical Information
Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite Research
A randomised controlled study involving 100 women with an average age of approximately 71 compared two microcrystalline hydroxyapatite preparations with calcium citrate-carbonate and placebo.
Participants received the equivalent of 1,000mg of elemental calcium daily for three months. The calcium treatments reduced biochemical markers of bone turnover compared with placebo. Microcrystalline hydroxyapatite produced a smaller acute increase in serum calcium than calcium citrate-carbonate.
This research supports microcrystalline hydroxyapatite as a calcium source, but the study was short and did not evaluate fracture risk or the complete Bone Build formula. Bone Build also provides a lower daily amount of elemental calcium than the study treatments. PubMed
A meta-analysis of randomised trials comparing ossein-hydroxyapatite complex with calcium carbonate reported favourable effects on bone mineral density. However, the included studies assessed other hydroxyapatite products and dosing regimens, not My Way Up Bone Build. PubMed
Vitamin K2 MK-7 Research
A three-year randomised, placebo-controlled study involving 244 healthy post-menopausal women evaluated 180 micrograms of MK-7 daily.
The researchers reported that MK-7 reduced the age-related decline in bone mineral density and bone-strength indices at certain skeletal sites. Bone Build provides 90 micrograms of MK-7 daily, so the study results cannot be directly attributed to this product or dose. PubMed
Research into MK-7 is not entirely consistent. A separate three-year randomised study in post-menopausal women with osteopenia found no significant difference in bone mineral density between MK-7 and placebo. Vitamin K2 should therefore be presented as supporting normal bone mineralisation rather than as independently proven to prevent bone loss or fractures. Springer
Calcium and Vitamin D
Calcium and Vitamin D have complementary roles in skeletal health. Calcium provides structural mineral, while Vitamin D supports intestinal calcium absorption and normal bone metabolism.
The benefit of supplementation depends on factors including dietary intake, Vitamin D status, age, hormonal status, physical activity, medication use and existing bone health. Supplementation is most relevant when dietary intake or nutrient status is inadequate.
Boron Research
Boron is involved in calcium, magnesium and Vitamin D metabolism. Human research supports a biological role in mineral metabolism, although clinical evidence establishing that Boron supplementation alone improves bone mineral density or prevents fractures remains limited.
Bone Build includes Boron as a supporting cofactor rather than as a standalone osteoporosis treatment.
Finished-Product Evidence
No independently published, peer-reviewed clinical trial evaluating the complete My Way Up Bone Build formula was located.
The finished product should therefore be described as supporting bone health, mineralisation, density and strength. It should not be represented as clinically proven to treat osteoporosis, reverse bone loss or prevent fractures.
Bone Build is included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as a listed medicine under ARTG ID 528960. ARTG inclusion confirms that the product can be legally supplied in Australia; it does not mean the TGA has independently evaluated and approved every efficacy claim.
