Morning

1. Gentle Cleanse
Massage into a moistened face and neck, rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Medik8 describes Gentle Cleanse as an ultra-gentle foaming cleanser suitable for very sensitive skin.

2. Hydr8 B5
Apply to the face, neck and décolletage to provide lightweight hydration.

3. C-Tetra
Apply after Hydr8 B5. Medik8’s current layering guidance recommends applying Hyaluronic Acid first, followed by Vitamin C when using the two together in the morning.

4. SPF
Always finish the morning routine with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Evening

1. Gentle Cleanse
Cleanse thoroughly and pat the skin dry.

2. Hydr8 B5
Apply for additional hydration.

3. Retinol 3TR
Apply approximately 4 drops across the face, neck and décolletage.

Introduce gradually: use twice weekly for the first two weeks, every other night for the following two weeks, then increase towards nightly use as tolerated. Follow with moisturiser.

7% Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate – Vitamin C
A stabilised, lipid-soluble form of Vitamin C in C-Tetra that helps visibly brighten uneven skin tone while providing antioxidant protection.

Vitamin E
Works alongside Vitamin C in C-Tetra to provide complementary antioxidant protection and support formula stability.

Multi-Weight Hyaluronic Acid
Hydr8 B5 uses different molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid to support hydration across multiple layers of the skin and promote a plumper-looking complexion.

Vitamin B5
Helps support the skin’s moisture retention and regeneration abilities for softer, more hydrated-looking skin.

0.3% Retinol
The Vitamin A active in Retinol 3TR. It helps support collagen levels and the skin’s natural renewal cycle to visibly improve lines, texture and brightness.

Vitamin E + Jojoba Oil
Used within Retinol 3TR to help stabilise retinol while providing antioxidant and nourishing support.

Rosemary Leaf Oil + Glycerin
Key Gentle Cleanse ingredients that provide antioxidant and hydration support while cleansing.
