How to Use

Use in the evening after cleansing.

Apply a small amount to the brow bone and underneath the eyes, avoiding direct application to the eyelids. Allow to absorb before following with an eye moisturiser or night cream.

Introduce gradually:

First 2 weeks: twice per week
Next 2 weeks: every other night
Thereafter: progress to nightly use if well tolerated

Use broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning while using Vitamin A.

Medik8 generally recommends avoiding Vitamin A during pregnancy and breastfeeding and advises discussing individual ingredients with a GP or midwife.
