Night use only unless otherwise directed by a skincare professional.

Begin approximately every third night.

Once tolerated, progress to every second night and eventually nightly if appropriate.

After cleansing:

Cleanse → Exfol A Plus first → other compatible serum if required → Moisturiser

Aspect Dr specifically directs that it be applied before layering other serums. Always use high-protection broad-spectrum SPF during the day.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Exfol A Plus contains Retinol and Retinyl Palmitate.

Aspect Dr advises clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding to consult their medical practitioner before use. For AES LAB, I would take the more conservative retail position and recommend avoiding topical retinoids during pregnancy unless specifically cleared by the client's healthcare professional.

Aspect Dr's official Age Management routine pairs Exfol A Plus with Resveratrol in the evening:

Deep Clean → Exfol A Plus → Resveratrol

This is a strong pairing because the resurfacing step is followed by a rich, antioxidant moisturiser.

For clients requiring additional barrier support, Multi B Plus can be incorporated into the broader routine, but I would avoid unnecessarily stacking too many actives when first introducing Exfol A Plus.
