Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye contour, lips and compromised areas.

Although Société permits morning and evening use, begin two to three evenings per week or once daily according to professional guidance. Increase only when the skin demonstrates good tolerance.

Follow with a suitable moisturiser. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every morning because exfoliating acids can increase sensitivity to sunlight.

Suggested Routine

PM: Pure Everyday Cleanser → Blemish Clarifying Complex → HydraMatte or Calming Relief Balm

AM: Pure Everyday Cleanser → Lightweight Hydrator → Broad-Spectrum SPF

Initially, do not use it in the same routine as the AHA Exfoliating Cleanser, another leave-on acid, a peel or a retinoid. Reduce frequency if persistent stinging, peeling or irritation develops.

Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription acne medication or undergoing professional treatments should obtain personalised advice before use.

Salicylic Acid

An oil-soluble beta-hydroxy acid that exfoliates within oily pores, helping improve congestion, blackheads and uneven texture.

Mandelic Acid

An alpha-hydroxy acid with a comparatively larger molecular size, used to support smoother texture and a brighter, more even-looking complexion.

Glycolic Acid

An alpha-hydroxy acid that helps loosen accumulated surface cells and improve visible roughness, dullness and post-blemish discolouration.

Niacinamide

Supports barrier quality, visible tone and oil balance while complementing the exfoliating acid blend.

Zinc Gluconate

Provides skin-conditioning support for oily and blemish-prone complexions.

Epilobium Fleischeri Extract

Société lists Blemish Clarifying Complex at a pH of approximately 2.5–3.5 and recommends it particularly for oily skin. Its ingredient list confirms a combination of Salicylic, Mandelic and Glycolic Acids with Niacinamide and Zinc Gluconate.

The manufacturer’s public page does not disclose the percentage of each exfoliating acid or provide a product-specific controlled clinical study, participant number or quantified improvement result. It would therefore be inappropriate to advertise a particular acid strength or clinical percentage without additional supplier documentation.

The low pH and combined acid system indicate that this should be treated as an active corrective product and introduced according to individual tolerance.

Pairing Caution

AHA Exfoliating Cleanser and Blemish Clarifying Complex are both exfoliating products. Alternate them initially rather than layering them within the same routine.
