Use the complete ritual two to three times per week.
Step 1 — Aspect Branded Body Brush
Before showering, use the brush on dry skin with light pressure.
Begin at the feet and work upwards using soft, sweeping strokes. Brush towards the torso without repeatedly scrubbing the same area.
Do not use the brush on the face, broken skin, active rashes, inflamed areas, sunburn or recently treated skin.
Step 2 — Aspect Illuminating Polish
Apply a pearl-sized amount to each treatment area and massage over damp body skin using gentle circular motions.
Remove thoroughly with warm water or a soft damp cloth. Avoid aggressive scrubbing, particularly when the body brush has been used beforehand.
Use two to three times per week according to skin tolerance.
Step 3 — Aspect Luxe Body Cream
After drying the skin, massage Luxe Body Cream over the body until absorbed.
Apply additional cream to areas prone to dryness, including the hands, cuticles, elbows, knees and feet.
Luxe Body Cream may also be used independently every day whenever the skin requires additional moisture.

Triple-Action Exfoliation
Illuminating Polish combines biodegradable physical exfoliants with Lactic Acid and fruit-derived extracts. These exfoliation pathways work at the skin’s surface to help loosen and remove accumulated cells that can contribute to dullness and rough texture.
Lactic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid with both exfoliating and humectant properties. Its effects depend on the concentration, pH, contact time and complete formulation. The percentage and pH of Lactic Acid in Illuminating Polish are not publicly disclosed, so the product should be described as a cosmetic exfoliating polish rather than a clinical-strength peel.
