How to Use

Use in the evening after cleansing, toner and treatment serums.

Apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal 1 evenly over the face and neck. Allow to absorb before following with moisturiser. Medik8 recommends Advanced Night Restore as a complementary evening moisturiser.

When introducing Crystal Retinal:

First 2 weeks: use twice per week
Next 2 weeks: use every other night
Thereafter: progress to nightly use if well tolerated

Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning. Medik8 recommends completing at least one full tube of your current Crystal Retinal strength before progressing to the next level.

Avoid applying the facial Crystal Retinal formula directly around the delicate eye area; Medik8 has a separate Crystal Retinal Ceramide Eye range specifically formulated for this area. Medik8 also generally recommends avoiding Vitamin A products during pregnancy or breastfeeding and discussing ingredients with a GP or midwife.
