Apply a small amount morning and evening to clean, intact skin. Gently smooth over the affected area without vigorous rubbing or massage.

Do not massage recently injected, threaded or surgically treated areas unless specifically directed by the treating practitioner.

During the day, apply a separate broad-spectrum SPF50+ once the treatment area is suitable for sunscreen.

Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil

A nourishing hemp seed oil rich in conditioning fatty acids that helps soften the skin and support the moisture barrier.

Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil is not the same ingredient as cannabidiol or CBD. The Australian ingredient list does not name cannabidiol, so this product should not be described or tagged as a CBD cream.

Menadione

A synthetic Vitamin K3 derivative used in the formula to support the appearance of skin affected by temporary redness and bruising.

Arnica Montana Flower Extract

A traditional botanical ingredient used in topical products intended to improve the appearance of bruised, tired or stressed skin.

Honey Extract

Clinical Evidence Context

A double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 22 participants investigated a topical Vitamin K cream following laser-induced facial bruising. Post-treatment use was associated with lower bruising-severity scores than the vehicle, while using it before treatment did not prevent bruising. However, this study evaluated a different Vitamin K cream and does not establish the effectiveness of Toskani After Cream or its Menadione concentration. PubMed clinical trial

A 2026 systematic review examining Arnica and Bromelain following facial plastic surgery included ten studies and 696 patients. Some Arnica studies reported improvements in postoperative bruising, but the authors found substantial variation in formulations, dosing and assessment methods. These findings cannot be directly attributed to the topical Arnica concentration in Toskani After Cream.
