Use morning and evening after cleansing.

Apply approximately 6 drops across the face or specifically to areas experiencing visible redness and sensitivity. Gently massage into the skin and allow to absorb before applying moisturiser.

In the morning, finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

If layering with Hydr8 B5 Intense, apply the water-based Hydr8 B5 Intense first, followed by Calmwise Serum. Medik8 recommends patch testing at least 24 hours before first use.
