Medik8 reports that its independent four-week clinical study found 94% of participants showed an improvement in skin moisturisation levels, with hydration, moisture retention and barrier support measured for up to 72 hours after use.

Use in the evening as the final step of your skincare routine, approximately 2–3 times per week or whenever additional hydration is required.

Step 1: After cleansing and applying your treatment serums, smooth an almond-sized amount of H.E.O. Mask Step 1 across the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area.

Allow Step 1 to absorb for a few minutes.

Step 2: Apply an almond-sized amount of H.E.O. Mask Step 2 over the same areas and gently massage into the skin.

Leave both layers on overnight and cleanse as normal the following morning.

When using Crystal Retinal, apply Crystal Retinal first and follow with H.E.O. Mask as your final overnight moisturising step. Medik8 also suggests layering Hydr8 B5 Intense between the H.E.O. Mask steps when additional hydration is desired.

Patch test at least 24 hours before first use.

Multi-Weight Hyaluronic Acid
Uses small, medium and large molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid to distribute hydration throughout multiple levels of the skin for a visibly plumper and more supple complexion.

Natural Moisturising Factors (NMFs)
A moisture-supporting complex containing components such as Sodium PCA, Glycerin, Urea, proteins, sugars, amino acids, Lactic Acid and Creatine to help bind and retain water within the skin.

Ceramides
