Close the eyes and mouth before application.

Hold approximately 15 centimetres from the face and mist evenly over the skin after cleansing and toning. Allow the formula to absorb before applying serums and moisturiser.

Use morning and evening and reapply throughout the day to bare skin or over makeup whenever additional hydration is required.

For post-procedure application, follow the instructions provided by the treating practitioner.

Clinical Information

Manufacturer-reported testing found that Phyto Corrective Essence Mist:

Immediately increased hydration by 69%
Increased hydration by 35% after eight hours
Immediately reduced visible redness by 31%

Hydration was evaluated in 27 subjects using corneometer measurements at baseline and at 15 minutes, one hour and eight hours after a single application. Hydration was also assessed when the mist was applied over foundation.

A separate transepidermal water-loss evaluation involved 26 subjects. Post-procedure tolerance was assessed in a split-face, single-centre study involving 21 subjects aged 19–70 with Fitzpatrick skin types II–IV. Participants received a full-face non-ablative fractional laser procedure, with the mist applied to one randomised facial half immediately following treatment and twice daily for one week.
