Medik8 Sleep Glycolic is an intensive overnight AHA treatment formulated with 10% active Glycolic Acid to visibly resurface dull, uneven and congested skin while you sleep. Designed as an at-home peel, it helps remove accumulated dead surface cells to reveal a smoother, brighter and more refined-looking complexion.

Unlike conventional high-strength glycolic treatments, Sleep Glycolic uses crystal encapsulation technology to gradually release Glycolic Acid throughout the night. This controlled delivery helps maintain skin comfort while supporting improvements in uneven texture, fine lines, visible pigmentation and congestion.

Ideal for clients wanting a more intensive exfoliating treatment than a daily acid toner, Sleep Glycolic is designed for use two to three evenings per week and can complement a considered Vitamin A routine when layered correctly.

How to Use

Use in the evening, 2–3 times per week.

After cleansing, apply a pea-sized amount to the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Sleep Glycolic should be applied directly after cleansing, before other serums and moisturisers. Leave on overnight. A mild tingling sensation may occur.

Do not layer Sleep Glycolic in the same routine with another direct exfoliating acid such as Press & Glow or Press & Clear. Medik8 advises swapping your usual exfoliating acid for Sleep Glycolic on the evenings it is used.

Patch test at least 24 hours before first use and apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning, particularly following use. Medik8 does not recommend daytime application because Glycolic Acid can increase sensitivity to sun exposure.

10% Active Glycolic Acid
An AHA with a small molecular size that helps loosen the bonds between accumulated dead surface cells, supporting visibly smoother, brighter and more refined-looking skin. Medik8 encapsulates the Glycolic Acid within a cyclodextrin-based shell for gradual overnight release.

Korean Clover Extract
Works alongside Glycolic Acid to support the skin's overnight repair and hydration processes while helping maintain skin barrier comfort.

Glycerin
A moisture-binding humectant that helps retain hydration and maintain skin comfort during exfoliation.
