Use approximately 1–2 times per week, or as required.

Apply a generous pearl-sized amount to clean, dry skin.

For normal skin, massage until the gel liquefies and visible pilling occurs.

For sensitive skin, apply the product but do not massage.

Leave on for approximately 5–15 minutes, then remove with a soft damp cloth using gentle sweeping movements.

Follow with serum and moisturiser.

I would avoid pairing it in the same session with Exfol A Plus or other strong exfoliating treatments when skin tolerance is uncertain.
