Use in the evening after cleansing, toning and treatment serums.

Apply 2 pumps to the face and neck. Allow to absorb before following with moisturiser.

When first introducing Crystal Retinal:

First 2 weeks: use twice per week
Next 2 weeks: use every other night
Thereafter: progress to nightly use if well tolerated

Use broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning. Medik8 recommends completing at least one tube of your current Crystal Retinal strength before progressing to the next level. Vitamin A is generally avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding; discuss use with your GP or midwife if required.
