Step 1: Cleanse

Apply your preferred cleanser to damp skin. Attach the Large Silicone Cleansing Head or Soft Cleansing Head and gently move the device across the face using light pressure.

Use the Small Precision Cleansing Head around targeted areas such as the nose, chin and T-zone. Rinse the skin and clean the attachment after use.

Step 2: Activate

Select the vibration setting and gently glide the treatment pad across the cheeks, jawline and temples to support circulation and help release facial tension.

Step 3: Sculpt and Drain

Apply a suitable facial serum, moisturiser or facial oil to provide slip. Attach the Pilates Lymphatic Drainage Head and begin around the neck and collarbone.

Move the device upwards and outwards along the jawline, cheeks and temples. Avoid pressing heavily or repeatedly passing over the same area.

Step 4: Support Skincare Application

Finish with the Thermal Therapy Pad over your serum or moisturiser. Glide gently across the skin using continuous movements and avoid holding the device stationary in one area.
