Approximately ten days of use when applied four times daily

Use only as directed by the cosmetic practitioner who performed the treatment.

Following an injectable treatment, squeeze a small amount of serum onto the cooling applicator tip. Gently glide or dab the applicator over and around the approved treatment area without applying excessive pressure.

Repeat four times daily until the tube is empty. When used as directed, one 10ml tube lasts approximately ten days.

If using other skincare products, apply INhance Serum to cleansed skin first. Follow with additional serums, eye cream, moisturiser and sunscreen as advised by the treating practitioner.

Avoid unnecessary rubbing or massage following dermal filler or other injectable procedures unless specifically instructed by the treating practitioner.

AM: Practitioner-Approved Gentle Cleanser → INhance Serum → Gentle Moisturiser if required → Broad-Spectrum SPF50+

Throughout the Day: Reapply INhance Serum to the approved treatment area until four daily applications have been completed

Post-Treatment Discolouration Study

INhance was evaluated in a multicentre, randomised and double-blind comparative study involving 18 participants.

Venepuncture was used to create similar bruises on each participant’s left and right arms. One side was treated with INhance Serum four times daily, while the opposite side received a bland moisturiser comparator. Bruise colour and intensity were measured instrumentally.

At days two to three:

The INhance-treated areas demonstrated 73% less bruise colour intensity compared with the moisturiser-treated areas

81% of participants had less visible bruising on the INhance-treated side than on the comparator side

The difference in bruise colour intensity was reported as statistically significant

The study was published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology in 2020.




TriHex Technology® Histology

Alastin also references histological imaging from a 40-year-old female showing a 90% increase in elastic fibres in a forearm biopsy following two weeks of topical TriHex peptide use.

This result relates to a single-subject histological comparison and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed 90% increase in elastin for every client or treatment area.
