Oxyresveratrol is a potent brightening active derived from the mulberry family that helps inhibit tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in melanin production. Medik8 combines this with Tetrapeptide-30 and Acetyl Glycyl Beta-Alanine, which work through complementary pathways to help reduce the visible appearance of excess pigmentation and localised dark spots.

Because Oxyresveratrol is naturally unstable, Medik8 uses patented click-activated packaging that keeps the 1% Oxy-R component protected until first use. Hyaluronic Acid provides additional hydration, helping leave the complexion supple and comfortable while the targeted brightening actives address uneven tone.

How to Use

Use morning and evening after cleansing.

Apply approximately 6 drops across the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the immediate eye area. Allow to absorb before applying moisturiser. In the morning, always finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Oxy-R Peptides can be layered with Vitamin C in the morning and Vitamin A in the evening. When using alongside Crystal Retinal, apply Oxy-R Peptides after cleansing and before the Vitamin A product.

The product contains two 10ml bottles. Each bottle remains potent for approximately 6 weeks after opening. Activate the second bottle only after finishing the first and store activated bottles at room temperature away from windows and direct light.

Patch test at least 24 hours before first use. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should discuss the ingredients with their GP or midwife before use.
